At Jemi, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date and will be only be eligible for store credit. 
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
  • You are responsible for covering any shipping costs when returning an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Items damaged during shipping: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Defective products: If you discover a manufacturer defect beyond normal wear and tear after the 7-day return window, please reach out to us. We are happy to assess the issue and work to resolve the matter quickly. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, accessories such as hats, socks, scarves, hair pieces, etc. are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@shopjemi.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will respond as soon as possible with the next steps.


How does sizing work?

  • Please note that Korean children's clothing sizes may differ from standard U.S. sizing. While we strive to guide you in selecting the right size, there may be slight variations due to differences in measurement standards, manufacturers, and styles. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend choosing a slightly larger size to accommodate potential differences. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about sizing.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Average shipping time is 5-7 business days once you receive email confirmation that your order has shipped.


Do you ship internationally?

  • We currently offer shipping within the U.S. only. We hope to expand our shipping internationally in the future. 


Where are your products made?

  • Our items are made and sourced from South Korea, unless otherwise stated.
